For example, when a promoter enters an event into their calendar, that event automatically appears in the venue's calendar as well.
When you select a band or performer name you will often find their website address is pulled from the database.
If you're in a band yourself or a band manager it's possible that your entire calendar is already entered for you.
News/media sources also have access to the same data so their calendar listings can be automated.
Of course each user can customize their calendar with their own comments, descriptions, images, etc.
